This stretch of hot sunny days has been great! But we can’t forget how damaging the sun is! 90% or more of skin aging is a result of sun damage 😩 We need to protect our skin daily!

Sunblock is our absolute best defense against the sun’s harmful UV rays but using skin care products packed with antioxidants can provide additional protection against UV damage.

Free radicals caused by ultraviolet radiation from sunlight damage the cells of our skin. They deteriorate the collagen and elastin fibers within the skin which leads to visible symptoms like fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation and loose skin.

Antioxidants, like vitamins A, C and E work to help prevent and repair UV-induced free radical damage.
